Grace offers an unforgettable setting for special occasions. We are located in locust thicket, one of lynchburg’s oldest and most historic homes. Built in 1790 by major samuel scott, locust thicket exudes a certain aura of grace that is unintimidating, intimate and inviting.

Guests are encouraged to explore the unique attributes of the house and the property, from the hand-built, wood-fired bread oven to the private cemetery where major scott and several members of his family are buried.
