
kent trebilcox has over thirty years experience in the food and wine industry. since graduating from the cordon bleu cooking school in paris, he has enjoyed an exciting career working in restaurants, resorts ,private homes and for television and feature film at locations around the world. from may through october, he also is the chef and cellarmaster at the prestigious a bar a guest ranch in wyoming. prior to working at a bar a and owning grace, he was a restaurant owner in breckenridge, colorado and chef at the Colorado governor’s mansion in denver for governor richard lamm. kent also has many years of experience working with the wine industry, managing personal and professional wine cellars and cultivating relationships with wineries and winemakers in europe and the u.s.
